For trees affected by storms, including fallen limbs and uprooted trees that have fallen on your house, structures, or impede access to them, we will work with you to bill your homeowner's insurance carrier directly for the invoiced amount your plan allows. By requesting our immediate emergency service, no payment is due at the time of service; we will bill your insurance company through you.

 

The homeowner is responsible for their insurance deductible and any costs of our invoice that the insurance does not cover. All of this can be found in our contract under the "Immediate Emergency Response Contract" button at the top of our page or call with questions you may have. We specialize in direct insurance billing and will work with you to invoice the insurance company directly.
